Information
Antoine Jaunard (1990) is a Belgian designer and artist based in Barcelona, Spain. He creates immersive installations, designs visual identities and interfaces, programs web applications, makes interactive objects, explores new (and old) technologies and teaches creativity through code.
With over 10 years of experience, Antoine brings a clear strategy and determined vision to every creative project, leading teams to bring a sense of purpose and vision to major works.

Education
- 2013 Graduated in graphic design and digital arts from the École de Recherche Graphique (ERG) in Brussels, Belgium.
- 2014 Education in web design and web development at Cepegra, Gosselies, Belgium
- 2020 Graduated from the Fab Academy, a distributed and intensive programme from the MIT on the design and prototyping of interactive projects using digital fabrication tools and machines. Completed at Fab Lab Barcelona.
Activities
- 2020-today Independant graphic designer and web developer. Offering my general design services to projects I love and respect. Clients include ELISAVA (Barcelona University of Design and Engineering), LICHEN Social Innovation Lab, artist Olivi Corsi, artist Hanna Plass, architects Bureau Milieux, designer and educator FabTextiles.
- 2021-today Co-founder of Domingo Club Pioneering open source tools for fermented food, showcasing expertise in sustainable design principles. Experimenting with how mushrooms can shape our lives through art and design
- 2023-2024 Teacher at Learnlife Barcelona. Creative coding and interactive electronic projects course with active pedagogy principles for teenagers.
- 2020-today Teacher assistant at Institute for Adavanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC). Teaching and assisting students in an Introduction to Programming and Physical Computing seminar for the Master in Advanced Architecture.
- 2020-today Freelance designer, educator, maker, developer at Fab Lab Barcelona. Led innovation at the Food Tech 3.0 Accelerator Lab, specialising in appropriate agricultural technologies for urban food production. Supported the European Makeademy program, focusing on documentation and content creation to empower HE engineering students with skills to address global challenges. Engaged as a mentor in the European H2020 project Pop-Machina integrating circular economy principles and entrepreneurship in the Maker Mouvement. Took part in making, coding and testing Smart Citizen electronics, an open-source project that enables communities to better understand their environment.
- 2014-2019 Co-founder, designer and front-end developer at Variable, a small but good webdesign and webdevelopment studio. Clients included a music festival (Schiev), a web radio (The Word Radio), a contemporary art museum (MIMA), a centre for contemporary art and an independent cinema (Netwerk Aalst), few architecture offices (Office KGDVS, V+, A Practice), an art school (La Cambre), and many more.
