This digital artwork was made using a software I love, called TouchDesigner, where operations of all sorts can connect to one another to create any kind of result. It is like Photoshop mixed with a decent amount of creative coding, randomness and therefore surprises. Inside that tool everything can be animated, or alive as I prefer to say. You define the rules, and you watch your 'creatures' take shape. This idea of randomness also led me to design the custom type for the title, not by drawing on canvas, but by using visual noise.
